Atlantis Rugby Academy is Back!

The Atlantis Rugby Player Pathway includes opportunities to grow as a player, earn selection for 15s and 7s performance teams, become part of the USA Rugby pathway, and be scouted by college coaches.

The Atlantis Rugby Mid-Atlantic Academy is a six-week program for boys and girls seeking higher levels of competition. As a certified USA Rugby National Development Program (NDP), Atlantis takes a hands-on approach in developing players for both 15s and 7s while identifying and recommending athletes for high-level playing opportunities in the USA Rugby National Team Pathway.

The sessions are on Saturdays from 9AM-12PM at the following locations:

September 26, October 10, and 24 at Old Trolley Line Park, 475 Beverly Road, Elizabethtown, PA 17022 (West Location)

October 3, 17, and 31 at Friendship Field, 501 Franklin Ave, Phoenixville, PA 19460 (East Location)

Full registration includes all six sessions for $175. Athletes will receive:

                18 on-field training hours

                Enrollment in the Pathways Platform

                Pre and post-academy self-assessments

                Identification for Atlantis Performance Teams

Regional Registration is also available for $100. This allows athletes to attend all 3 sessions at either the East Location (Phoenixville) or West Location (Elizabethtown). In addition to the 9 on-field training hours the players will enroll in Pathways, perform self-assessments and have the opportunity to be identified for Atlantis Performance Teams.

Lastly, players can attend a single training session for $50. This will provide 3 hours on on-field instruction and identification for Atlantis Performance Teams.

Separate from the Academy itself is the Atlantis Player Development and ID Camp taking place on September 19 at LaSalle College High School from 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM. The link to sign up for that is: https://rockymountainregister.com/enroll/atlantis/login.asp?programid=6

Throughout the Academy, players may be identified for:

                Northstate Academy 15s – November 2026

                Fall East Coast Academy Competitions – November/December 2026

                New York 7s – November 2026

                Lisbon (Portugal) 7s – February 2027

                Tropical 7s – March 2027

                Spring Academy 15s – June 2027

                Surf n Turf 7s – July 2027

                North American Invitational 7s – July 2027

Additionally, players can earn recommendations to the USA Rugby High-Performance East Pathway (boys) or the East Territorial Pathway Program that leads to the Winter Territorial Championships (girls) along with opportunities as well as opportunities to participate in USA Rugby age-grade camps and teams.

Atlantis Rugby also uses the Pathways platform to support long-term player development. Full and Regional Academy participants will enroll in the platform to complete pre and post academy self-assessments, establishing a baseline for future development. Those who are selected to Atlantis Performance Teams continue their development through additional training, competition, and ongoing coaching feedback.

Players and their families may also request a meeting with academy staff to discuss development goals and future opportunities.

Please note: Weather-related cancellations will not be rescheduled. Enrollment in the Academy also includes our spring training sessions, beginning after the Rugby PA 15s Championships.
