We are excited to start the Atlantis 15s Academy for the Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 Seasons with the goal of growing your skill level and competing against high level academy programs in the North East.
The mission of the Atlantis Rugby Academy is to develop character, technical skills, and tactical knowledge of High School rugby players in order to provide them an opportunity to compete at the highest level. The program consists of Fall, Winter, and Spring training sessions that build towards a competition schedule each season for U16 and 18 boys, and U18 girls. For the fall, our schedule is as follows:
Nov 8-10 (tournament 9-10) Old North State Invitational, Guilford College, Greensboro, NC
Vs. Young Glory MLR Academy TBD (We are looking at a weekend window between Nov 16 and Dec 7).

Connor Hohman, Forwards Coach Saint Joseph’s University and Mid Atlantic Collegiate All Stars, Coach for Atlantis U18 15’s and 7s
Brit Vegso, the current head coach of Conestoga RFC, and former PSU National Champion in 2007 & 2009
Jess Nedzweky, Head Coach, LaSalle College High School
René Cammarata, Director of the IM | Health Performance Center
While we do have separate girls and boys coaches, the Atlantis Academy organizes and runs training sessions cohesively.
The cost for the fall Training Academy will be $250, to include 6 training sessions (Conshohocken, PA), 8pm-10pm (we will wrap up at 9:45 typically to work on individual skills the last 15 minutes), online film sessions, coaches, and practice fields. In addition, practice apparel (Rugby Shorts, Training Shirt, Pullover Top) can be found on our website. Players are required to have a training top and black rugby shorts for practice, as well as black rugby socks for all competitions. Additional apparel can be found here: Macron Atlantis Store. Players invited to the travel squad will need to cover some tournament and travel costs.
