Atlantis Rugby HS Girls Went Undefeated at the 2026 Buckeye Invitational.

The Atlantis Rugby U18 girls XVs team returned to the Buckeye Invitational tournament in Ohio over the weekend of June 20-21, 2026 and earned the tournament championship for the second year in a row.

The 24-player roster included 11 players who were new to the Atlantis XVs Academy (and 10 who were new to Atlantis entirely) but that did not hold them back as they scored 169 points total on the four-match weekend. Atlantis' dynamic attack style was a true team effort, resulting in tries by 15 different players (and points from 17 different players) from all positions, including an exciting grubber & chase from twin sisters Paige & Payton Rasnake and a hat trick in match 2 by Adelina Jackson.

The players allowed only one try against them all weekend, thanks to their incredible work ethic and, per Head Coach Brit Vegso, the inspiring defensive approach from Coach Karl Barth.
